where the Sequencing Procedure comes in. By tracking body

heat, accessing satellite surveillance and monitoring sound

waves, one coordinator with a host of sensors in the field can

sense movement within his radius of surveillance. Through

the Coordination Procedure, he can then give a running

play-by-play as enemy units move into position.
