The Site Rules and Code of Conduct have been established with several
goals in mind. The most important goal on this site is the enjoyment
of both players and staff, to make this happen there are basic
rules that members and staff will be expected to follow. These rules
are set up so that the players and staff can work together in an easy,
respectful environment. These rules have not been established to
restrict role-play in any fashion, but so that the site functions in an
orderly, equitable fashion. This is a game and only a game, and it is
meant to be fun. We want everyone to enjoy the time they spend
exploring the World of Darkness in Pensacola.

- Voluntary termination of membership is allowed at any time.
- Characters played on this site need to be made according to
each systems creation guidelines.
- As a member of the community of players, any submissions
become part of the greater whole, owned by the community to expand the
grand story for all to enjoy.
- Staff reserves the right to ask players to pull a character
should it become necessary.
- Keep OOC conversations in the chatrooms to a minimum and in
PMs when possible.
- Take private scenes to PM's or into one of the rooms
designated for these scenes.
- Eyes are a bad thing to lose. Font sizes bigger
than five, the blink tag or terrifyingly bright colours are hard to
read and distracting. Please try to avoid them.
- We are a mature roleplaying site and there will be
occasions when scenes of a graphic nature may be played out (sexual
content, torture, etc.) if a player expresses discomfort with the
scene, then this should be taken seriously. If the player is involved
in the scene, the scene should be glossed over, and if the player is
simply in the room, those involved in the scene should either go into a
private room, or into PMs to RP. If you are posting content of a
questionable nature in the forums please include "mature content" in
parenthesis in the subject of the post so those members not wishing to
read this type of content will know not to read a possibly offensive
post.
- All players and staff have the right to a pleasant and
hospitable environment free from harassment. We do not tolerate
harrassment of any sort, be it in the chatrooms, via email or instant
messengers.
- Do not purposely impersonate any player or administrator.
- Cheating will not be tolerated.
- Involuntary termination of membership or warnings
will be handed out if a player violates the Code of Conduct and Site
Rules.
- The administrators and moderators of this site have the
right and will remove or edit any generally objectionable
material, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you
acknowledge that all posts made to this site express the views and
opinions of the author and not necessarily the management unless made
in an official capacity by a member of the staff.
- You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar,
slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other
material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you
being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider
being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded and will
be used in enforcing these
conditions. This
information will not be disclosed to any third party without your
consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held
responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being
compromised.
